Clouds Clear, Warmer Temps on the Way

AM Headlines:

  • Patchy AM Fog
  • Clouds clear this afternoon
  • Warming Trend through Friday
  • Saturday Rain/Storms Late

Discussion:

Any fog that develops this morning will burn off quickly after sunrise. Clouds will gradually clear from west to east with highs reaching the upper 70s today. A weak cold front will move into the region, but without adequate moisture to tap into, rain chances remain minimal tonight. Mostly sunny through the rest of the week. Highs will make a run for the low to mid-80s Wednesday. Even warmer temps through the end of the week with highs in the upper 80s by Friday. A strong cold front will bring rain and storm chances late Saturday. The good news is that cooler, drier air will flood into the region behind this boundary. Lows will fall to the low 50s Sunday morning with highs in the low 70s Sunday afternoon. Even cooler temps to start the next week.
