POLKTON, N.C. — A missing 11-year-old in Polk County, North Carolina, who was believed to be abducted by her uncle is safe.
The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office said they found Allison Henderson on Sunday. Police say Allison went missing from Polk County Saturday and was initially deemed a runaway until her cellphone pinged at 38-year-old David Henderson’s House.
He is a violent offender and her uncle. An Amber Alert for Allison has been canceled.
Right now, investigators haven’t released any details about the situation.
