WAUKESHA, WISCONSIN — More than 20 people are hurt after someone driving an SUV sped through a crowd during a holiday parade Sunday.
Witnesses say multiple people were lying on the ground injured. Waukesha Police are advising people to avoid the downtown area, and have established a family reunification center.
Officials have recovered the suspected vehicle, and they are looking into a person of interest, Waukesha Police Chief Dan Thompson said.
Waukesha is located about 50 miles northwest of Kenosha, Wisconsin.
