Record temperatures could come into play to close out the workweek on Friday, where we could be touch-and-go with the 90s south and east of the Metro. 88° is the current record high for Charlotte on October 15th, which is in jeopardy tomorrow.

Rain chances will remain few and far between over the next seven days, but isolated showers are possible Saturday afternoon and evening.
