October 2, 2021 – October 3, 2021: Opening Weekend 2 for 1 Adult Tickets!

October 9, 2021 – October 10, 2021: Kids Fantasy Weekend! FREE Child Admission ages 12 and under!

October 16th, 2021 – October 17, 2021: BrewFest Weekend!
- Learn the time-honored craft of beer brewing! Sample a selection of fine micro-brewed ale! Play a series of RenFest Beer Games! BrewFest activities start at 12:00pm at the Haven (behind Edgewood Stage). Sampling sales end at 3:15, sampling last call is 3:30, and activities end at 4:00 PM.
October 23, 2021 – October 24, 2021: Celtic Music Weekend!
- Special guest musicians CRAIC and The Reelin Rogues to perform.
- WIN TICKETS for a return visit and much more! Hunky Highlanders are encouraged to show their stuff in the Men of Skills Competition! Contests include a Test of Strength, a Test of Confidence, and a Test of Skill. Contest 3:00 p.m. at The Haven (beyond the Edgewood Theatre).
- Donate a new or gently used coat at the Festival entrance and receive FREE child admission ticket (no coupon required) on Saturday or Sunday!
October 30th, 2021: Deaf Awareness Day!
- Fluent Language Solutions and student interpreters from Central Piedmont Community College will interpret stage performances at select stages located inside the festival village.
- Members of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community can SAVE with discount admission. Stop by the Deaf Awareness information booth located outside the village entrance for details!
October 30th, 2021 – October 31st, 2021: Halloween Daze and Spooky Knights!
- Free child admission ages 12 and under! (no coupon required)
- Children and parents alike enjoy the fun and safe trick or treating experience with free treats to be found at over 100 locations throughout the Festival Village including a children’s Halloween Treasure Hunt with treasure chests filled with prizes!
November 6th, 2021 – November 7th, 2021: Pirates’ Christmas Weekend!
- Special pirate entertainment scheduled all weekend long! Plunder the Village with early holiday shopping and save at the Fairhaven Village Marketplace!

November 13th, 2021 – November 14th, 2021: Time Travelers’ Weekend!
- Come as you are or dress as your favorite time-traveling character inspired by movies, TV, comic books, science fiction, and/or fantasy – all costume genres are welcome!
- Win FREE tickets for a return visit and other prizes too in the Time Traveler’s costume contest.
- Enjoy book signings by popular local science fiction and fantasy authors.
- Children ages 5-12 are FREE with a donation of school supplies at the Festival entry (ages 4 and under always free). Supply drive benefits Parent Teacher Magazine, Charlotte Mecklenburg Library, and Classroom Central booths at the Festival entrance.
November 20th, 2021 – November 21st, 2021: The Final Huzzah!
- Don’t miss the last chance of the year to experience your best day out in history!
- Children ages 5-12 are FREE with a donation of can food items at the Festival entry! Can food drive benefits the Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina.
