About Vaulted Oak
Vaulted Oak Brewing is the success story of years of hard work, luck, and determination. From the humble beginnings of homebrewing and working in the restaurant and bar industry, founder Kiel Arrington began dreaming of opening a brewery after visiting some of Charlotte’s and Asheville’s earliest breweries. Diving headfirst and sharing the vision and dream, Johnie Jones and Chuck Kistler quickly became part of a special and diversely talented group of founders, sharing their expertise in different backgrounds and industries. Vaulted Oak’s head brewer, David Carey, also brings years of professional brewing experience, creating all varieties of beers with a scientific and industry-driven approach.
