Cool, cloudy and breezy on Saturday with more sunshine on Sunday.
An area of low pressure will cross over the Florida Peninsula and ride up the eastern coast of the United States. While most of the rain associated with this low pressure will stay east of the WCCB area, some showers could sneak in Saturday especially east/southeast of Charlotte. With this low pressure being close to an area of high pressure over the northeast we can also expect increasing winds with gusts up to 30 mph both Saturday and Sunday. Temperatures will stay below average through the weekend with more sunshine and back to the 60s on Sunday. Winds shift and temperatures rise next week as we say hello to 70 degrees again!
Tonight: Mostly cloudy. Low: 38. Wind: N/NE 5-10.
Saturday: Scattered showers – especially east. High: Low/mid 50s. Wind: N/NE 10-20.
Saturday PM: Mostly cloudy. Few showers. Low: 40. Wind: NE 10-20.
Sunday: More sunshine. High: 64. Wind: N 10-20.
Have a great weekend!
